Welcome to Dripreels (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Dripreels platform, including our website, app, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By using Dripreels, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.

1. Who We Are

Dripreels is operated by a private individual based in Denmark.
The Service is designed for professional and commercial use, primarily for real-estate marketing and creative video production.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Dripreels.

3. Your Account

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and take full responsibility for all activity under your account.

4. Use of the Service

Dripreels lets you upload photos, generate videos, and share or download them.
You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content

• Violate intellectual-property rights

• Interfere with or misuse the platform

We may suspend or terminate your access if these Terms are violated.

5. Your Content and Rights

You retain ownership of all photos, videos, and materials you upload (“User Content”).
By uploading, you grant Dripreels a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• host, process, and modify your content to operate the Service; and

• display or use rendered outputs for marketing, portfolio, or demonstration purposes, unless you opt out by emailing privacy@dripreels.com.

You confirm that:

• you hold all rights necessary for the materials you upload, and

• your uploads do not infringe third-party rights or laws.

You agree to indemnify Dripreels for any claims arising from your uploaded content.

6. Credits and Payments

Dripreels operates on a credit-based system, not a subscription.
Credits can be purchased via our payment partner Paddle.com Market Ltd and used to create videos or add-ons.

Credits do not expire but may be forfeited after 24 months of inactivity..

6A. Payments and Merchant of Record

All payments are processed securely by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all Dripreels transactions.

Paddle handles billing, tax collection, and order-related support.

You may see “Paddle” or “Paddle.com” on your card or bank statement.

By completing a payment through Paddle, you also agree to
Paddle’s Terms and Conditions and
Paddle’s Privacy Policy.

Refunds

We follow Paddle’s refund policy and applicable EU/UK consumer law.
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if:

• The credits have not been used to generate content, and

• The request is made directly via help@paddle.com or through our support team.

Once credits are used, the service is considered delivered and non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed through Paddle within the applicable legal timeframe.

7. Privacy and Data Protection (GDPR)

Dripreels complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We collect only the data required to operate the Service—such as email, payment information (processed by Paddle), and uploaded media.

You have the right to:

• access or delete your data,

• withdraw consent for marketing use, and

• file a complaint with your national data-protection authority.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform code, design, and materials belong to Dripreels.
You may use them only as permitted by these Terms.

9. Service Availability

We strive for continuous service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted uptime.
We may modify or discontinue features at any time without liability.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dripreels shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Dripreels in the preceding 12 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold Dripreels harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• your use of the Service,

• your violation of these Terms, or

• your uploaded content.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms or legal reasons.
You may delete your account by contacting privacy@dripreels.com.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark and the European Union (GDPR).
Disputes will be handled by the competent Danish courts, unless otherwise required by consumer law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.
You’ll be notified of major updates by email or in-app notice.
Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
